During holidays, sales events, or high volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on shipping and carrier transit times.

 

Lost or Missing Packages:
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are asked to contact their local post office for assistance. Once a package is in the care of the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery.
